Selecting a lender can be a daunting task in itself. Like the real estate industry, there are lots of fly by night lenders that promise you the world. We suggest going with a lender that has been tested and proven. Another reason why these guys have made it to this web page is because they have kept the business lines open! A big problem with a lot of lenders is that once they get you started on a program, they disappear! This group of lenders have made their clients a priority, which is a big deal in our minds.
